PVD Coating
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition, which is a method of depositing thin films.
It operates at low temperatures ranging from 200℃ to 500℃,
reducing the likelihood of thermal changes in the substrate such as expansion,
bending, or distortion. This allows for precise control over film thickness,
contributing to the demand for higher precision molds in today’s industry.
