THE NEW MATERIAL TABLET PRESSING PESTLE - HYBRID DSA

  • This is a newly developed tablet pressing pestle that Yamashita Works’s AEROLAP processing technology with the new material DSA.
  • It combines the corrosion resistance of austenitic SUS with the high hardness of martensitic SUS.
  • By AEROLAP processing a dense metal structure, it boasts outstanding release properties.
  • High hardness SUS tends to increase the difficulty of machining due to its hardness and toughness, but Yamashita Works has cleared this challenge with its unique processing technology.
  • We will stably supply pestles that do not require plating.

  • Blinding issues in mortar lead to the generation of defective products and require cleaning of the mortar interior, causing a significant decrease in production efficiency.
  • By optimizing the mortar base material and refining the inner diameter surface finish, we have managed to significantly suppress the previously difficult – to – solve binding issues.
