\u3000\u3000No problem if you have no experience. Our company started with basically only inexperienced people,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000so you will be taught by a senior from the beginning. You will start with simple processing and<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000gradually get used to it. Please ask anything you are curious about or do not understand.<\/p>\n

\u3007 How do you decide which department to work in?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Basically, you will be assigned to the department listed in the recruitment requirements,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Basically, there are no transfers. There are no plans to open or relocate factories in rural areas at the moment.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Basically, there is no overtime throughout the year. During busy periods, depending on the department,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000there are months when several people work overtime for about 1-2 hours a day.<\/p>\n

\u3007 Do you work on holidays?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000There is no work on holidays. Even during busy periods, you will work Monday through Friday, adjusting delivery dates.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Once every few years, due to the introduction of new machinery, the leader may be called in on a holiday,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000but rest assured that the time off will be properly allocated.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Working hours are 8:30-17:00 (7 hours and 15 minutes of actual work),<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000There is a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes of break.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000This is roughly more than a month's worth of shorter working hours compared to other companies.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Automobile molds (machine cutting metal)\u30fbPharmaceutical tablet molds (machine cutting metal)<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Polishing molds to a high shine\u30fbAero wrap assembly (assembling parts into steel boxes)<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Inspection (using a micrometer (inspection tool) to measure products and create inspection sheets) And more.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000\uff0aThis is not line work.<\/p>\n

\u3007 What is the work environment like?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000The work is done indoors with air conditioning and heating. The entire factory is bright with LED lighting.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000We have been certified as a Healthy Management Excellent Corporation, Youth Aid, and Work-Life Balance,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000making it a comfortable working environment.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u3007 Will the noise and smell of the machines harm your health?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Since the company was founded, there have been no cases of employees suffering health damage due to noise or smell.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000All employees undergo health checkups once a year. We do not use any chemicals that are harmful to the body.<\/p>\n

\u3007 Will heavy work hurt your back?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000Most of the products are palm-sized and not that heavy, but on rare occasions, if the amount is large,<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000one box can weigh up to 5 or 6 kg.<\/p>\n

\u3007 Are there any regulations regarding appearance?<\/p>\n

\u3000\u3000We have company-specified work clothes. Hair color and piercings are fine as long as they are within<\/p>\n
